That's no moon... That's the Death Star t-shirt from Busted Tees. Many Bothan spies died to bring you this tee, so I hope you appreciate it. Random Death Star trivia: some geeky people have figured out that the Death Star must be between 120 to 160 milometers in diameter.Tuesday, March 31, 2009

Ballistic Bob (via Dead Zebra)
Don't mistake this design for Bullet Bill (one of the more annoying and less imaginative villians from the Mario universe) -- this is Ballistic Bob, and the t-shirt is available over at Dead Zebra. Bob looks a little rough around the edges, and if ever pitted against Bill in a no-holds-barred, bullet-on-bullet, video game baddy, battle royale, my money's on Bob.

Halftone Robot (via DesignByHumans)
I've gone over 100 t-shirt posts from different shops around the web without posting from one of it's bigger retailers: Design By Humans. The first Design By Humans t-shirt that was jumped out at me is the Halftone Robot tee. Love the designers handle: old30bastard.Saturday, March 28, 2009
Heavy Metal Rules (via Scribtee)
It sure does. I usually pass over cutesy double entendre tees, but as a fan of both heavy metal and rulers, I had to add this one to my t-shirt wish list (which also doubles as my t-shirt blog you see here.) The Heavy Metal Rules t-shirt is available now over at Scribtees. Trvia of the Day: "the horns" were popularized by Ronnie James Dio of Dio fame (not by Gene Simmons, as he often claims)Friday, March 27, 2009
Kill Bots (via Zero Boutique)
"The Killbots? A trifle. It was simply a matter of outsmarting them. You see, the killbots have a preset kill limit; knowing their weakness I sent wave after wave of my own men at them until they reached their limit and shutdown." - Zapp Brannigan -- No, not those killbots. The Kill Bots t-shirt from Zero Boutique would be in my closet by now if I could navigate their freaking website.Thursday, March 26, 2009
Missing Turtle (via Mediocre Clothing)
Come on now, he couldn't have gone far. Spread the word here, or get the Missing Turtle t-shirt from Mediocre Clothing. Did you check the sewers?Wednesday, March 25, 2009

Skeletons on Magic Carpets (via TopatoCo)
Skeletons on Magic Carpets. Why not? You can pick up this great t-shirt at TopatoCo. Also, I think this design would be a great premise for a heavy metal music video.Saturday, March 21, 2009
Hey nature, why don’t you class things up a bit?
More Guest Blogging! I have an interview posted with Jeremy Kalgreen of Amorphia Apparel up over at Tee Junction, featuring a sneak preview of upcoming designs! You can read the whole interview here. Rated C for Classy.Wednesday, March 18, 2009
Special Feature (Son of the Exclusive T-Shirt Coupon Codes)
This is the third time we've offered out some exclusive coupon codes, and this time they are a little more..... ephemeral. We've got 4 shops with a big juicy deal this time:
Rethink Clothing - (TSC Tag) a quarter off your order (that's 25 percent, not 25 cents -- it was funner to say it in a way that rhymed) with discount code "TEECONN", I recommend their Super Soaker design. (Expires April 1st)
Bombayhustle - (not yet featured on TSC) get 25% off with code "T33CONOSSIEUR" (Not usually my thing, but I'm kinda partial to their graf logo design) (Expires at the end of march)
Enclothe - (TSC Tag) 20% off with the magic word "teeconnoisseur", too many awesome t-shirts to recommend. (Expires April 15th)

Arcadeology (via Split Reason)
Ok, everybody get your broom, cuz I call SHENANIGANS! This is the Arcadeology t-shirt design at Split Reason. Look familiar? It should. Monday, March 16, 2009
Poker Hand Values (via Threadless)
Get an elegant poker hand cheat-sheet on your torso with the Poker Hand Value t-shirt from Threadless (On sale for $5 right now*) Each hand's height in the design is representative of it's value, all together (appropriately) forming the highest ranked card in the deck -- the ace of spades (aka the death card). Ace of Spades trivia: used to be printed or stamped to show the tax on the deck of cards had been paid.

French Pet Lobster (via Xenotee)
Not so much a fan of eating them, but I could watch them in the tank for hours, enter: the French Pet Lobster t-shirt from Xenotee's Etsy shop. Little red's leash is made from a french poet's description of why he enjoys lobsters as pets. Also: obligatory.Monday, March 9, 2009
Rebel Rock (via Chop Shop)
Chop Shop plays to my love of t-shirts featuring things made from other things. The Rebel Rock tee includes the forms of thirty-one 70's rockers. I'll be honest, I could only name 6 of them -- but the shirt still rocks.

We Can Live (via Amorphia Apparel)
A somewhat memorable line from a somewhat awesome movie (I prefer the 3rd one, myself) communicated through my favourite medium: a t-shirt. Available at Amorphia Apparel, which is set-up with spreadshirt so you can choose the design on just about any color or product.Sunday, March 8, 2009
Superpredators (via SEIBEI)
SEIBEI just released a new line of designs, but I'm still loving one of the legacy t-shirts: Superpredators (of course I'd go for the dinosaur one.) Simple designs are often best, and this one is available in mouth-watering-mint and questionable-sexuality-pink . Suggested alternate design name: TwoDee-Rex.Saturday, March 7, 2009
Insert Coin (via Penny Arcade)
Break your piggy bank, and count your quarters for the Insert Coin t-shirt over at Penny Aracde. Another nice play on the iconic evolution image, this time jokingly painting gamers in a degenerative light. Also, this shirt reminds me I haven't seen a real, open arcade since I was 12. Who Is Watching? (via Red Bubble)
To celebrate the launch of the Watchmen film today, I give you: Who Is Watching? by Warren Hart at Red Bubble. This t-shirt design is in the style of the famous image of Barack Obama, and the icing on the cake is the smiley face / campaign logo button mash-up. Now I'm off to go buy tickets for tonight's showing...Thursday, March 5, 2009
City Lights (via Tank Theory)
Light up your torso with the City Lights tee from Tank Theory. Neon-on-black never looked so good -- they show their brand logo on the back of the shirt as a neon sign. Easily the best "artsy" t-shirt i've seen this year.Tuesday, March 3, 2009
Slinky Etcho Step (via Look At Me)
♪ It walks downstairs, alone or in pairs, then runs over the neighbors dog ♪ ...... or something to that effect, if I remember correctly. Mix that up with another classic toy, the etch-a-sketch, and you get the Slinky Etcho Step t-shirt from Look At Me Shirts.Monday, March 2, 2009
Sweet Tooth (via Threadless)
I hate to post so much stuff from mainstream tee sites that everyone follows anyway, but Woot and Threadless contain 63% of the internet's awesome t-shirts* -- Which brings us to today's featured design that I just couldn't resist: Sweet Tooth from Threadless. This design would only be 1/2 as good if it wasn't on this color-- very candy. Also, did anyone else's mind go to: "I thought they smelled bad on the outside" ?*Some statistics may have been made up

Wolverine Evolution (via Red Bubble)
.png)
Another fav tee theme around here is evolution, and the Wolverine Evolution t-shirt over at James Lillis's Red Bubble shop is another great addition to the parodies of this famous image. I think I'll wear this one to the opening of the upcoming Wolverine movie.
